What’s the Dresscode?
Blacktie OR evening attire (suit/tie) (yes, you don’t have to wear your tux guys but the ladies might like it)

Do I have to Dance? (and will I look silly if I don’t?) 
You don’t have to dance.. Come enjoy yourself and share good fellowship with fellow Apexians…

Will I be fed?
Food is included, buffet style, Champagne will be complimentary during the reception.  A Cash bar will be available during reception and dinner.When/where do I get my Tickets?

Tickets are now available for Sale online!

In order to make it convenient for all to order their tickets for the Apex Ball, we have partnered with MyCommunityTickets (a website dedicated to allow Charitable organizations sell event tickets) and are now able to sell those tickets online.

MyCommunityTickets charges a modest fee (less than $3/ticket for the convenience) .  This way, we are still able to give 100% of your ticket price to Cancer Research!

Tarwheela Model T Club brings 1930’s flair to event

We are glad to announce that the Tarwheela Association has offered their support to the cause. 

Our Platinum sponsors will have the pleasure of arriving in style to and from the event chauffeured in an authentic 1930’s Model T vehicle.  Cars from the era will also be on display by the Halle Cultural Arts Center during the event.

Event Sponsorships are now available!

THe event offers several Sponsorship opportunities.  Although, the majority of the event is funded through the generous donations from local businesses,  The Apex Ball is still having to subsidize some costs.  Funds collected through the following sponsorships are utilized for Event overhead such as space and furniture rental and other expenses.  100% of remaining (after expenses) funds from sponsorships will be sent to “The Pan Mass Challenge” to benefit the Dana Farber Fund for Cancer Research.
