Jimmy V’s Steakhouse agrees to sponsor the Ball

We are excited to announce that one of the caterers for the Apex Ball will be Jimmy V’s Steakhouse! Kathy Clark, Jimmy V’s Manager was immediately excited about our event when we approached her recently and pledged to bring in her famous carved meats as well as other delicacies from Jimmy V’s kitchen.

J.C Knowles joins the team

We’re pleased to announce that J.C Knowles, our local Town Ambassador has agreed to help organize The Apex Ball.
Since J.c’s mission in life is to bring more people to downtown Apex and to raise the profile of Apex via such events, we felt it was the right thing to do to invite him to join us.
